SILVER TANGRAM SET
This beautiful set comes from the workshop of Dave Patton, hand-fabrication goldsmith and inventor of the Lockshank. It's made from 8 1/2 ounces of sterling silver (92.5 % pure), nestled in a finely crafted leather-lined wooden box constructed by a local violin maker. The set measures 4" on a side, and each piece is more than .10" thick.
The rich luster and feel of this unique set makes it a delight to the eye as well as the hand. The weight and satisfying click of the pieces will be enjoyed for many years by discriminating puzzlers of all ages. Combining one of the most enjoyable and stimulating puzzles in history with Dave's fabrication skills in precious metals has resulted in a work of art sure to be played, treasured and passed down for generations to come. The mid-sized triangle is signed and dated STERLING/D. PATTON '97.
This set was recently purchased by a friend and fellow tangrammer who, I know, will truly appreciate it for many years in many ways. Congratulations on your purchase.
